All you need to know - in one place

The main difference between paragliding and powered paragliding (paramotoring) is how you stay in the air and how much control you have over the flight.

Paragliding

  • No engine – you fly using wind, thermals, and gravity.

  • Takeoff is usually from a hill or mountain.

  • Landing is in a field or designated landing zone.

  • Flight time depends on weather conditions and pilot skill.

  • Feels very quiet and natural, like soaring with birds.

  • Less control over route and duration.

Powered Paragliding (Paramotoring)

  • Has an engine and propeller attached to the cage.

  • Takeoff from flat ground – no mountain needed.

  • You can climb, cruise, and extend the flight as you wish.

  • Flight time is guaranteed (fuel-based, not weather-dependent, in our case 25min).

  • Allows precise routes ( Bled castle, Bled Island, altitude control, and scenic overflights over POI)

  • Slightly louder due to the motor, but still very smooth and safe.

  • No passenger input needed (no running, passenger has no influence on takeoff or landing)

  • Safe takeoffs and landings on wheels

The complete powered paragliding tandem tour lasts for 1h 30 min.

The flight time is 25 minutes, because we have a motor the timing is guaranteed.

Yes, our powered paragliding tandem pilots are taking photos or videos of your flight on a GoPro, so you can get them for 30 € on a USB. If you would like to have the photos and videos of your tandem flight, please arrange that on spot with the pilot before your flight.

The starting point is a flat field, less than a 10-minute drive from Lake Bled. During your powered paragliding tandem flight, we will fly directly over Bled Castle, Bled Island, and the picturesque hill of Osojnica, from where the majority of the beautiful Lake Bled photos are taken. We then follow the stunning Sava Bohinjka River toward the Camping Šobec artificial lake. The final part of the flight takes us over the Bled Golf Course and back toward the landing field. The landing field is the same spot as the starting point. A 25-minute flight time is guaranteed!

If there is a place in the Van your friends can join and watch the Takeoff and landing, The additional cost per person is 5€.

The acrobatics are quite limited on powered paraglider but anyway it is possible to perform a tight spiral and some basic wingowers.
Anyway, we won’t do anything extreme without discussing it with you first. If you would like to feel more adrenalin just let our pilot know during the flight.
